Flavor 91 Inc. (Flavor 91 Bistro) is a family-owned and operated restaurant, caterer and food truck owner, serving since 2016. We opened Flavor 91 Bistro to provide our community with healthy food options, as well as to create local partnerships with farmers, and culinary job opportunities. We source our ingredients locally from Ohio farms and serve non antibiotic, non-GMO, hormone-free, grass-fed burgers, sandwiches, salads, house-made and proprietary vegan/vegetarian options, soups, seasonings, sauces, dressings, desserts and appetizers.

We also innovated and incorporated flavors from our Ethiopian heritage and created a new category called: American Fare With Ethiopian FlairTM and American Fare With Axum Flair to combine the best of Ethiopian flavors, seasonings and recipes with American staples!

We have been recognized as Taste Makers in Columbus, OH and by Insider Magazine, Buzzfeed, 614 Magazine, Yelp and Eat This Not That as having the BEST BURGERS and BEST WINGS in Ohio.
